Accessibility statement
Last updated: September 2026
This site should work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, zoom, or high contrast settings. The goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
How the site is checked
An automated accessibility scan (axe) runs on every page at a phone width and a desktop width before a change goes live, and a change with a serious or critical problem does not ship. Automated tools miss things, so a hands-on review with a keyboard and a screen reader is planned. It has not been done yet, and this page will say so when it has.
What we know about
Some pictures on this site are design renderings, and each one is labeled that way. There is no accessibility overlay or widget here. Problems get fixed in the pages themselves.
Tell us about a problem
Use the contact form, where the topic is already set to “A part of this site is hard to use”. Tell us the page and what got in your way. If you cannot use the form, phone (818) 867-8109 and say it is about the website.
We reply within 2 business days. If the problem is on our side, we fix it within 45 days, or tell you why it will take longer and how to get what you need in the meantime.
Changes to this page
When the testing or the site changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
