Using this website means you accept what is written below. We have kept it short and readable on purpose.
Nothing on this site is a quote
Everything published here about what moves a price exists to help you plan and compare. None of it is an offer. The price that applies to your property arrives in a written estimate after somebody has walked the project, because excavation depth, base build, drainage, access, and the paver line you choose all move the total, and none of those can be judged from a screen.
When an estimate becomes an agreement
Nothing is binding until it is in writing and both sides have accepted it. Whatever warranty applies is described in that written agreement, and that document governs if anything on this site ever appears to say otherwise.
Using the site itself
Read it, share it, lean on it to plan your project. Just do not put it to anything illegal, do not mess with how the site runs, and do not scrape its content to prop up a competing site. Everything here is offered as it stands. We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we cannot promise it will be flawless or never go down.
Services we do not run
This site relies on services we do not control, including the host that serves the pages and the mail path that delivers your form submission. Their content and their policies are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or from decisions made on the strength of the general information published on it. Your written agreement is the document that sets out our obligations on your actual project.
